This 85g large dark chocolate bar with flax seeds and puffed rice. It is sweetened with Stevia. Stevia is a plant from Paraguay which is 10 times sweeter than sugar and is less harmful than many sugar substitutes. It is a great substitute to sugar, causing no changes in glucose levels in diabetics and other nasty side effects. All things that are sweetened with Stevia tastes like the original, sugared version, hence why Coca Cola are going to be using it in their 'Zero' range.
