Following a spinal operation when each day has been about small changes so I am able to start sitting and standing again, this pillow has become a constant companion. Because of the V-shape it doesn't rub on the wound or put pressure on my back but the firm supportive material has been comfortable and moulded to my shape no matter what awkward position I have needed to sit or lie in and taken the ache and pain out of reading, writing and meant I am able to sit up to talk to people instead of constantly looking up at them from the bed! It may only be a little thing, but to my mind it has made all the difference in my recovery. Instead of being something I've struggled through each day because of being unable to get comfortable or stay comfortable in one place, it has been something that I have been able focused on getting better through and one less thing to worry about.
