The briefs contain a washable pad which is attached to the garment at the top and bottom. A breathable waterproof backing sheet keeps the user’s skin dry and ventilated and additional pads can be inserted into the briefs to double the absorbency, which is useful at night time to avoid any chance of leakage. Additional insert pads not included but are available. The One Way Pouch System for men and women consist of pants and a washable, separate pad. The system is an efficient in protecting from leakages - with the added advantage of easy pad changes. The pants have a discreet integral pouch system which will hold either disposable or re-usable absorbent pad.
