Avoid unforeseen costs such as parts, call-out and labour if your scooter breaks down. This policy provides peace of mind in the knowledge that you’re looked after by a reputable insurance company. No matter where you are in the UK, you will be assigned a local engineer to come and visit you at home. Warranty policies are not available for used scooters under three months from purchase, if it is one of our used scooters, you will be covered with a 3-Month Wheelie Good Used Scooter Warranty, which has the same benefits.
All new scooters under one year are covered by the one-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
Please note that this warranty does not cover you for punctures, please see the insurance policies available.

To purchase a policy, you will need to complete an application form for the insurers. Complete the orderform with your chosen policy as you would for any other product in this catalogue. Please do not forget to provide us with a telephone number so we can call you for your scooter information. We will then send this form for you to sign and send on to the insurance company in the pre-paid envelope. You will also need to post us a spare key. We will need to know the serial number of the scooter, its age and purchase date/price.

If you get stuck, give us a call and we’ll help you complete the form. Let us know what make and model your scooter is and you may need a trusty pal to help you get the serial number of the scooter from the rear by the hand-brake.
