The Powerstroller is for those who need that extra power to a manual wheelchair, without getting an electric wheelchair. This pack is basically a set of wheels and a motor unit which easily fixes to most manual wheelchairs with a clamp. The controller is fixed to the handles at the top, allowing an attendant to control the speed and direction. It is ideal for those who find pushing difficult, uphill or for long distances. It is also a good solution for those who are unable to use a powerchair or scooter for themselves.
There are two types available: Standard and Heavy duty. Heavy duty is for those of a heavier weight or tougher hills or terrains. Both have reverse as well as forward and have an illuminated battery gauge. The unique quick lock allows it to be put on and removed from the wheelchair within seconds. Ideal for car loading.
