Wheelie Good Returns Policy

NOTE: Your statutory rights are not affected in any way


There are several circumstances in which Wheelie Good Mobility will happily refund or exchange your purchase. These are:


a) ...if you change your mind

The unwanted product must be returned in a ‘new’ condition with all packaging and 

accessories, within 7 days of purchase.


If you are returning an item because you’ve simply changed your mind then the cost of return is entirely your responsibility. We recommend that you make use of a parcel delivery company which will insure you for the value of the goods that you are returning.


b) ...if the product is faulty or is damaged in transit

We will either refund you or supply you with a similar alternative of equal or lesser value (we’ll refund the difference) as quickly as we can.


c) ...if the product develops a fault while still within its warranty period

For your convenience, we allow you 14 days in which to return the faulty product to us for either a replacement or a refund. If it is difficult for you to return the product to us yourself simply contact us and we will arrange a courier to collect it from you.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Wheelie Good Mobility gives customers a 7 day “cooling off” period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return / exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost. 


Any returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. Wheelie Good Mobility reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Wheelie Good Mobility.


Please note that we do not offer refunds on: Toileting aids (urinals, pans etc), Incontinence wear and bathing aids once the packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons.
